International Contractors Inc. is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) That was started in 1983 by Walter Cenal and Barry Carlson. Specializing in concrete sawing and sealing, we have the expertise to finish the job on time.
In the last 40 years we have built a reputation of high standards, quality work and safety. Today the company is led by Walter Cenal and Ryan Garcia his step son. Together they are looking to move the company further into the future.
